It is VERY well written and I believe anyone could learn Stats just by using this book, as I did. It makes available in a less expensive format (hard cover 96 pgs. Nevertheless, this is unfortunate, as their insights and evidence would have enriched McBride's work significantly in some areas.
In his final chapter, McBride ranges far beyond the period he set for himself, attempting not only to draw sweeping conclusions but to provide policy recommendations.
