I purchased this book from Amazon, without being able to view any of the pictures inside. I have a couple technical degrees and have worked in engineering, so I do not think that I am a totally credulous dupe. This is an inside look at the gang, where they came from and the attitudes and ideals they expressed and held dear to their hearts. The underlying key to the power of this book is that change is easier to lead than to manage. Though the idea is decent, it would help if some activities were already devised.

Overall, I found this book especially helpful in defining many terms I was unfamiliar with. She must have done a great job! Claire was a fantastically good instructor and a great pilot. As a method of engaging the reader, perhaps asking us to draw a Mind Map, rather than presenting one for chapter summaries, would have been a better illustration of thinking processes.
