Nancy Farmer has done it again! Great writing! I bought this book for my classroom. The colors are bold and bright, rhyming is rythmical and sweet.. Wow. Had another writer, say someone who is unknown, written this, it would probably not have been published. Definitely read The Gathering: End's Beginning before reading this one, as it picks up right where Book 1 left off. It has a great collection of stories but was very hard to get around. But as a model of exegetical precision, intellectual clarity and theological sensitivity, this commentary is top rate. Let this one sink in, one day it will all make sense, and then watch out!. We will just have to see if its accurate to the c1 test in november!. Ash was definitely a badass and Rykus or RIP as she called him was the chief badass. They reward the symptoms of competence, above competence itself.
