could have been better ; the choice of examples are of poor taste; could have explained in a better way AND examples DON'T cover all the concepts BUT, the exercise has plethora of twisted questions. Hearing what they think and say instead of just what a victim tells you about what happened to her or him was very enlightening.
Most of the time in my relationship, I only saw the mask, and this book shows you what they are thinking behind that mask, and how they cold-bloodedly engage in manipulation. The story details how Vivian and his gang of Jamaican gun thugs came up from the island and wrecked havoc on inner city American with their gunslinger type mentality at around the same time as the crack epidemic hit. (Yikes.) After 6 minutes of that (near-)death experience, he spent several days in a coma and awoke to discover he had suffered brain damage and was told that he may never walk again.
