Tichy includes this brief statement because it is directly relevant to his own objectives in The Cycle of Leadership but also because, unless and until an organizations has all three pillars (not one, not two but all three), it cannot survive major challenges which await them, many of which have yet to be revealed. Robles, Simon, and Haar show otherwise. I'm very glad I did.
This book is a wonderful introduction to Six Sigma that can be read by people from different fields, especially those new to training such as myself. She never moved too far away from the growing relationship between Beau and Celeste. I found that most of the book is common sense for anybody who has shot more than a couple weddings, so this would be the perfect book for somebody who knows some photography but is thinking about getting into the wedding biz; some of the advice may prove to be valuable for that
