My only real gripe is that it does not have any kind of troubleshooting section, which could be particularly helpful and would fit in well with the wide amount of information that is covered.
Overall, I have to give this book some high praise. And, here we are! One of my dear friends recommended this book and I'm glad he did. Obviously it's not as comprehensive as other guides but the fact that there are color drawings of everything makes it a great place to start.. If you're looking for a selection of Scarlatti sonatas, this fits the bill.. It is extremely well organized and will save you lots of time sizing and specifying materials and equipment..
