John L. Hogg was Professor of Chemistry and Thamann Professor of Undergraduate Teaching Excellence at Texas A&M University. He received his B.S. degree in chemistry at Southwestern State College in Oklahoma, his Ph.D. from the University of Kansas, and joined the faculty at Texas A&M University in 1975. For what it’s worth, what this book does not provide is a strong emotional incentive for working out. Most of them just listed the typical 101 ways to spot a psychopath and used composite characters, while this book contains actual interviews with real psychopaths.
