I enjoyed the plot and could follow the activities of all of the charaacters. I especially love the concept of how the "Ejection Seat" isn't helpful - that oftentimes it's those moments in life when we can't move on, for financial, logistical or other reasons, and we have to find another gear in ourselves that we discover a version of ourselves that we didn't know was there.. Inside all of these stories though there is a wisdom that the author is sharing with his readers that all readers should appreciate, I know that I did. Good is not the word - great. From that alone, one can't help but make the inevitable comparison to Supernatural. The similarities end there, however, and this work stands quite well on its own, in its own universe. I received this book as a gift when my first baby was born and didn't think too much of it. This was the best book that I found.
