Conflict is a normal part of life, although when you hear the word conflict you probably relate it to a negative. Conflict though can be positive, it can be negative, but this is where good conflict management comes into the mix.
Conflict resolution and conflict management isn't about putting an end to the conflict; it's about effectively managing it to gain the most benefits.
If conflict is poorly managed in the workplace or in the home, it leads to unhealthy relationships, often leading to spiteful actions and un-cooperating manner, however if conflict is managed effectively, this can lead to stronger relationships, where people feel like they can voice their opinion or concern without the fear of social embarrassment of some kind.

What to expect when You read this book "Conflict Resolved"
* Learn about the types of conflict Good vs Bad
* Discover the common personality types and how

As noted critic Helen Vendler says of these last Dickinson fragments “…what might seem only negligible scraps of waste paper brings us closer to the restlessness of the constantly thinking poet who, in her later years, repeatedly seized her pencil and a fragment of an envelope to write about the lowliest and the most exalted states of being.” Dickinson had stopped writing poems for publication at this point or even for her own delicate poem packets of finished poems. I enjoyed how the author weaves history and legend into the story. I had the privilege of riding aboard the train with Paul for many years. I must also admit that I felt a bit bad for Kaiya once the truth about Prince Hardeep was reveled because she really liked him, but her character was just so much more tolerable in this book with him not around and not her main area of focus.

Least I forget the awesomeness and giddy effect every scene between or with Jie and Kaiya had on me. I am not aware
