I'm amazed that Ms. James debunks vaccine mythology and presents historical fact supported by numerous footnotes contrasting sharply with the unsupported tripe pushed increasingly by vaccine apologists.
Walene James encourages personal responsability: diet, exercise, rest, avoidance of toxins and common sense to develop, maintain, and protect an inpenetrable host. You do not have to be a fan of racing to enjoy it either. I feel guilty giving a relatively bad review to a book when someone has clearly poured their heart and soul into writing it, but I just did not enjoy this book--And I will tell you why.
